their original W-2, W-2 reissue, W-2c and/or pay stub. Since
the IRS has approved electronic distribution of original W-2's, your employees
can now choose to either print their own W-2 online immediately or have
the W-2 sent to their email address to print at their convenience. By
using e-PRINTVIEW, Payroll avoids the tedious printing and mailing process
previously required for the January 31 deadline. And when you consider
the overhead costs of paper/forms, envelopes, printer expenses, labor,
stuffing, sealing and postage, the savings are significant.
