JAT Named a Microsoft Solution Developer

JAT announced that it has been named a solution developer by Microsoft Business Solutions. JAT will provide year-end software and services that complement those of Microsoft Business Solutions, a leading provider of business applications that help small and mid-sized companies become more agile in today's interconnected economy.

This designation allows JAT to provide year-end products and services to Microsoft's customers. As a Solution Developer, JAT's products must meet Microsoft's requirements and integrate with the Great Plains' applications. Additionally, Microsoft partners are offered a Reseller Agreement allowing commissions of 15 percent on all sales.

"We anticipate a real need for our year-end solutions after working with several Microsoft customers," said Craig Garritano, Director of Software Operations at JAT. "Our applications and services complement those of Microsoft's Great Plains edition and we look forward to expanding our business relationship among the MBS user community." Following are the products that JAT has registered with Microsoft Business Solutions:

e-PRINTVIEW

e-PRINTVIEW provides a secure Web site that employees can access for their original W-2, a W-2 reissue, a W-2c and to correct their address. Employees can choose to either print their own W-2 immediately or have the W-2 sent to their email address to print at their convenience. By using e-PRINTVIEW, Payroll avoids the tedious printing and mailing process previously required for the January 31 deadline.

PRINTVIEW PLUS

PRINTVIEW PLUS is a PC-based application for Payroll to use in-house. PRINTVIEW PLUS provides you with a database of your W-2 information so that you can produce a W-2 in seconds with an employee's last name or SSN. When changes are required on a W-2, PINTVIEW PLUS allows you to import the W-2 information into a W-2c form thus dramatically reducing the amount of manual input.

W-2 Print Services

This service allows you to outsource the printing of original W-2's to a vendor that will suppress the printing of any forms you designate. This is particularly helpful for companies who use e-PRINTVIEW and want to suppress those W-2's that were issued electronically.

W-2 Reissue Call Center

For employees without Internet access or for companies choosing to outsource their W-2 reissue processing, JAT hosts a bilingual Call Center. Employees simply call a toll free number to request a hard copy of their W-2 and it is mailed the next business day.
