The files below are updates to the 2003 Version of JAT Software's PRINTVIEW PLUS system. To download the updates below, click on the links by the appropriate icons and save the ZIP file. You will need to Unzip these files to access the updates. If you do not have an unzipping utility (e.g., PKUNZIP, Winzip), please go to www.winzip.com or www.pkware.com to download a version of Winzip or PKWARE. There are README text files in each ZIP download that will instruct you on how to apply the updates.

Click here to download the 2003 PRINTVIEW PLUS Federal Instructions application. To install, copy the FEDINSTR.EXE file into the [X:]\JAT\PP2003 directory on your PRINTVIEW PLUS terminal. (NOTE: If being installed to a multi-user network PRINTVIEW PLUS environment, the file must be copied into the [X:]\JAT\PP2003 directory on each client terminal.)

Please Note: IF YOU HAVE ANY APPLICATION CUSTOMIZATIONS (I.E., IVR, W-2 FORM PRINTS, W-2C FORM PRINTS), YOU NEED A CUSTOMIZED UPDATE. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE CUSTOMIZATIONS, PLEASE CONTACT JAT.

Update: 2003 PRINTVIEW PLUS Application Update 13.6

The following are identified problems in PRINTVIEW PLUS 2003 that were updated.
PRINTVIEW PLUS APPLICATION:
•


 When manually entering more than 3 Box 14 or Box 12 items, there is a potential error. Data may not have been properly saved to your database.
•
 The multi copy print for form W-2C has been updated.
•

 The enhanced security would not allow you to force new users to change their passwords on initial login.
• The W-2 State Electronic and Diskette filing was updated.
• The W-2 Pressure Seal was updated.
•

 The form deletion in the Utility Application would not allow SSN's beginning with a zero.

IVR APPLICATION:
•

 The IVR application should allow for a city of 40 characters, and currently only allows for 25.
•

 In the Employee Register, the "Reissue by Operator" checkbox becomes hidden by the "Reissue by IVR" checkbox.

W-2 PUERTO RICO APPLICATION:
•
 The W-2C previously reported control number was added.
•
 The W-2 PR Module was updated to print duplicate forms.

 The Virgin Islands Copy 1 has been updated.
